Sergei Sobyanin is not pleased with the quality of apartment buildings under construction in the capital.

According to the mayor, 88% of the houses put into operation, there is a construction marriage, emphasizing that officials consider these difficulties of entering tenants. Sobyanin considers it necessary to check all new buildings, which were commissioned in recent years.

The township told that there are problems with brick masonry, roofs and cellars, as well as they are not connected to energy, water and heat supply according to the constant scheme.

At the end of summer, Sergey Levkin, the head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department, reported improving the quality of housing construction in the capital. According to Levkina, this year, Novoseli appealed with complaints about unfinished in the capital construction complex only 295 times. In 2010, 428 appeals were recorded, and in 2003 – 3000.

Most often, Novoseli complain of plumbing and sealing of seams, as well as on the quality of carpentry and finishing works. According to the construction of Moscow, in the number of shortcoming in new buildings, the leader is the South-West Administrative District.
