Russians and Belarusians massively acquire Yalta housing

The greatest activity in the Yalta real estate market demonstrates citizens of Russia and Belarus, which massively acquire the residential real estate of the resort town of Crimea. At the same time, official statistics suggest that the share of Ukrainian property buyers accounts for no more than 20 percent of all transactions held in the city. Remarkable is the fact of mass buying of elite real estate by representatives of these two countries, more than 75 percent of the transactions carried out with their participation. The cost of local elite real estate is several million dollars, but such impressive prices do not stop the wealthy neighbors. The high cost of Yalta elite real estate is primarily due to the high rate of demand from foreign buyers. Apartments in the city enjoy quite sustainable demand. About 60 percent of all buyers of Yalta residential real estate are Russians.

Political instability in the country could not have a significant impact on the state of affairs within the country, the demand for elite housing continues to be maintained at a high level, despite all economic and political shocks within the country.

Meanwhile, in the territory of Crimea, there is a flourishing of hotel construction, especially it concerns small hotels.
